Crochet Dish Scrubber - Free Pattern

This Crochet Dish Scrubber is such a fantastic little project!  They take about 3-5 minutes to make and use very little yarn.  I have to say, I am a bit  of a sucker for quick and simple projects.  The long projects just seem to take too much time to stay focused without another project in between.

These scrubbers can be used for so many things too!  I have used them as a dish scrubber, face scrubber (not the same one of course), and as a floor protector under couch legs.  What you choose to use it for is up to you!  Cotton yarn is great for face scrubbers because it is so soft.  You can also buy a yarn that BERNAT makes that is specifically for scrubbers.

** As always, please feel free to use these patterns as much as you like, but please always refer back to this post to share the pattern so that we can continue to post them for free!**

Row 2:  Ch 2.  Work 2 puff stitches into each stitch for the row.  You should have a total of 12 stitches.  Slst to join.

**Puff Stitch:  Yarn over your hook and put your hook through the stitch.  Pull yarn through the stitch and yarn over once more as you would for a double crochet stitch.  Put your hook through the same stitch once more and pull yarn through.  Yarn over.  There should be 6 loops on your hook.  Pull the last loop through the next 4 so that you now have only the last and first loop on your hook.  Yarn over and pull your yarn through the remaining loops.

This is as big as I made my scrubbers, however, if you wish to make a bigger one, simply add another row.  Make sure that if you do add another row that you work 2 stitches into each stitch.

Scrubbers take so little time to make.  I hope that you enjoyed this quick and easy pattern.
