Crochet Headband Free Pattern
Hey all! I love winter. Snow looks amazing on the trees, everything is still and let’s not forget sledding! Mostly I love getting cozy, wearing my favourite coat, and bundling up in home made things that look really good! This year I tried my hand at a headband. I have found that headbands are FANTASTIC! You can leave your hair up, still keep your ears warm, and look GREAT doing it! I must admit though, I really love hats, but on a windy and snowy day, you are fighting static, hair n your mouth, snow and your breath making icicles in the hair around your face… I love the idea of pulling my hair back and braving the weather in style! Hopefully you enjoy this crochet headband free pattern!
**Please feel free to use these patterns as much as you like, but please always refer back to this post to share the pattern so that we can continue to post them for free!

Fold your headband in half so that both ends are together to make the band complete. Sl st into each parallel st to join. Do this for the entire row for a total of 14 sl st.
Tie off your end and work in both loose strands of yarn. Your headband is finished!!!!
(I used this bow to get rid of some scraps of yarn i had left over from other projects. This pattern is only for the bow and doesn’t show how to change colours. I will post another tutorial on changing colours soon.)

Flip your loop inside out (I like this side better), and slide it onto your rectangle to make a bow. Using your embroidery needle, attach the bow to your headband.
